First Light · Round coffee table

First Light is a round coffee table: a round top, 850 mm across, and a round shelf, on three angled legs. Three legs, so it never rocks.

Three points always meet the floor, so it stands steady on a stoep, on tiles or on old wooden boards. Turn it over: three legs, three bolts, nothing else.

Solid oak, hand-finished in Rubio Monocoat in Charcoal, Light Roast or Dunes. Designed and manufactured on the Dolphin Coast.

Five flat parts. It travels flat and goes together solid. If a part is ever damaged, it can be cut again from the same drawing and replaced. You keep the table.

• First ten: The first ten of each design are numbered underneath, 1 to 10, beside the W, and recorded to their first owner.
• Made: Designed and manufactured on the Dolphin Coast, hand-finished
• Order: From stock where available. Otherwise made to order: 4–8 weeks, confirmed with your deposit. 50% deposit to order, the balance before delivery.
• Delivery: Free delivery anywhere in South Africa, flat-packed.
• Care: Wipe with a damp cloth. When the oak looks dry, oil it again: the finish can be refreshed in place.
