Lazy Susan · Edge-grain serving board

The Lazy Susan is a round serving board that turns, so the salads, the sauces and the last of the braai reach everyone at the table without being passed.

Look for the base. It sits up inside the top, and the two turn on a premium bearing mechanism: a steel ball bearing, 90 mm across. From the side the board reads as one solid disc, 35 mm thick, with a single groove around the rim.

Edge-grain solid hardwood, in oak or wild teak, Ø 400 or Ø 600 mm, finished by hand. Designed and manufactured on the Dolphin Coast.

Both sizes turn on the same base and bearing. The bearing is a standard part, so it can be replaced. Wipe the board clean after the meal, oil the top now and then, and keep it out of the sink.
